These are typical manufacturer warranty periods you are likely to receive. All manufacturing warranties and contractor information will be provided to new homeowners prior to moving in.
Manufacturers vary by project. Most warranties are likely transferrable to future buyers.
All workmanship items are covered during the first year of occupancy.
We stand behind every home we build. After 30 years and hundreds of projects, we can confidently offer this warranty knowing that quality craftsmanship speaks for itself. We're proud to say most of our homeowners never need to use the warranty at all!
This extended warranty is provided through America's Preferred Home Warranty (APHW) and is available for additional coverage. The New Construction Plan covers your home for 3 years starting 366 days after closing. $600 for 3 years, $75 deductible per service call.
The Buyer Preferred Upgrade ($199/year) adds enhanced coverage to several standard items:
